Last weekend I was on the crew for Neon Iron Productions’ entry to the Boomtown Film Festival’s 48 Hour Short Film Competition.

We had a blast creating our 4-minute “Horror/Detective” short. I wish I could tell you more about HUSH, but I can’t.

Five days ago, my friend, and fellow Texas State Alum, Alicia had her first child! Owen Michael Skipper was born September 15, 2011! And he is absolutely precious!

I made the trip to Houston yesterday morning for a photo shoot with Alicia, Donny and baby Owen. Owen was a great little model and only had a couple fussy episodes when he got a little cold and then when he was ready for lunch.

I captured some super cute shots and I can’t wait for Alicia and Donny to see them!

I can’t believe Miss Marleigh is almost one! I first photographed her back in March. (wow it seems like it’s been longer than that!)

Marleigh is such a natural in front of the camera. She really knows how to ham it up!

Near the end of last month, I second shot a wedding for Amy Kate Photography.
Chelsea and Charlie were married in a beautiful outdoor ceremony at Hotel Galvez in Galveston.
